This Vehicle is a pristine example of a 1972 Volvo 1800e,
standard transmission with electric overdrive. This is a very low mileage automobile that has been meticulously cared for. I am not the original owner. The vehicle has just been completely taken down to bare metal all trim and windows removed and completely refinished in the same and original paint color. There was absolutely no rust whatsoever, I had the front seats professionally reapholstered in leather. The carpeting, interior panels, dashboard, and everything else in the car is 99.9% perfect. The windshield is oem and new. The trunk is like new with the original mat, panels, spare tire and cover,and jack and tool kit with pouch. The mechanics are excellent and the car drives beautifully. Everything in this vehicle works like it just came out of the showroom. The wheels are original and brand new except the chrome rings are replacements for the hard to find original rings which I may have just found prior to this text . I replaced the steering wheel with a new Nardi wheel and Volvo horn pad. The car has had a complete reengine, transmission and oil pan reseal. The vehicle is completely dry on it's undercarriage. There are no dings, dents ,scratches, or imperfections  on the exterior of this vehicle. This car is truly the " real deal ". and turns heads everywhere I go when I drive it which is not too frequently. The car is garaged in a temperature controlled setting.I love this automobile, had one when I was 25 in 1975 and sold it to continue my education. I promised myself that one day I would get another 1800. This car is the closest thing to a brand new 1800e. Thanks for taking the time to look at my car. --- Burt  24/09/03
