S-codes were used to identify the equipment level a car had when it left the factory. Some features listed under these codes were standard in certain markets but optional in others. Unfortunately, Volvo does not have official records of S-codes for the 1800 series in their historical archive.
To understand these codes, we rely on spare parts catalogs and input from 1800S, E, and ES owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The list below is not complete<\/strong>, and in some cases, the meaning of a code is based on educated guesses<\/strong> from photos submitted to the 1800 registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
