Roger Moore 1927- 2017 was a famous British actor. He was in many films and TV series, British and American. He is probably best known as Simon Templer in the TV series “The Saint” for us who are interested in the Volvo 1800. In the series he chased criminals with his white P1800. Roger Moore himself owned a Volvo 1800S model year 1967 with registration number NUV 648E #22306. It was on display for several years at the “Cars of the Stars” museum in northern England. In 2005 it was sold to a person in the USA but before it was shipped over there it was renovated in England. At the time I was living in England and was lucky enough to have a closer look and take pictures of the car. I actually also got to test drive it for a short distance.
